The amount of busy

Has been ridiculous. In September I went to Tucson for Zach's wedding. That was a ton of fun. Unfortunately the wife couldn't join me due to work. I was there for 2 days and had a blast and met some cool new people. The first part of October I went on my first backpacking trip, my dad and I went to the Grand Canyon and did a 3 day rim to rim hike. North rim to South rim. Definately a bucket list item. I fell in love with backpacking on this trip. Glad I decided to do it. My dad and I had planned on doing it when I was in highschool but it never came together, we kind of stumbled into this trip and I'm glad we did. My dad's assistant's husband had the permit to go but needed 2 more guys to fill the permit, so we jumped on it. It was my dad and I and 3 state police officers. I have almost 300 pics from the trip but I'll spare the internet the pain of uploading all of them.
